In July 2015 Mr. M[redacted] did a bat assessment of the attic of my home in [redacted] County, PA for which I paid him $150. We agreed for him to return for an eviction in August or September. I heard nothing by the if August so I tried contacting him via various methods, all unsuccessful. It wasn't until after I filed s complaint with the Charleston, SC Chamber of Commerce that I received an email stating he would "gladly refund" my $150. As of July 2016 I've not received the refund, nor have I been successful in contacting him. I just tried the number above and received a recording that the recipient is not receiving phone calls at this time.

Dishonest. Unprofessional. Made a business deal to provide items and never did.
Didn't return calls. if he changed his mind we could have worked something out, but you can never reach him. Another reviewer said the same thing on this site, so I know I am not the only one he has treated this way. The area is small town, and he has some connection to Game Commission who recommended him -- so he does what he wants. Not recommended. (Plus, he makes an elaborate gesture of helping you and buying things from you as if he is giving you a good deal, but he is manipulating and distracting you.)
