To whom it may concern Mccormick Mechanical is offering to resolve complaint # [redacted] made on behalf of [redacted] In response to this complaint, Mccormick Mechanical would like to express our sincere apology for the way the business transaction took placeThe customer, [redacted] , purchased a new furnace through [redacted] and as a licensed contractor that works with [redacted] often; we gladly accepted the job to install the equipmentIt is required that our company obtains a city permit for all jobs to be completedThis permit was obtained for inspections and the job was completedAll equipment was installed correctly and was in working order per our technicians before leaving the job site The original permit was obtained under McCormick Mechanical, and it was brought to our attention that our license had expiredDue to this notice, the second permit was obtained through a secondary licensed partyWhen the client called in to arrange for inspection, this was brought to her attentionWe were notified, and acted quickly to obtain a valid permitThe client was than able to call for inspection with the new, valid permit in hand, and all work was completed at that point The client was refunded in full from both [redacted] and McCormick Mechanical for the delay, misunderstanding and poor communicationSince being notified of the expired license, [redacted] ***, owner of Mccormick Mechanical has scheduled his renewal examOnce this is completed, [redacted] will be notified and sent over copies of the updated and current license Please inform Mccormick Mechanical of any new questions or concerns, and we look forward to hearing back from you Thank You, [redacted] ***, Owner Mccormick Mechanical [redacted]
