[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the manager of the spray department did not offer to use the paint if fact he refused I was never offered another aptnor did any management return any phone calls There was no miscommunication My concern here is that the truth is not being told by this company We spend a lot of money in their stores and still to this day we have not received any response It is a shame that the little "guys" get the short end!! To Whom It May Concern:We are responding to the complaint filed by ** *** & ***, Incregarding our after sale support of a commercial paint spraying machine, submitted to the Revdex.com on December 5, 2016.With the purchase of this type of equipment we are pleased to provide our customers with proper
on-site operation and maintenance instruction, in person, without any additional chargeAn appointment was set (Friday Oct7") by the customer at a time and place of their choosing (Baltimore), and our spray department manager arrived from his office in Rockville, as scheduledTo our knowledge, no prior instructions were given to meet with the complainant in their office, nor were there instructions regarding what specific fluid/paint was to be sprayed by the new machine for this demonstration, Our manager and another person from our local store located a *** & *** painter at their facility, who was to be the test operator of the machineOur spray department manager was willing to spray whatever material was requested by the customerAfter a conversation with the *** painter, it was agreed that water would be used for the purpose of this demonstrationThe *** employee told our personnel that he was generally familiar with this type of equipment and that we did not need to spray paint and a demonstration with water would sufficeWe performed the demonstration as requested, confirmed the *** employee's knowledge of the machine's operation, and left the premisesVery soon afterwards, the complainant called our manager on his cellphone and demanded that he return to perform a demonstration of the machine using paintOur manager was obligated to go to another location for a meeting and could not return to the *** office, but offered to reschedule for another day and timeThe complainant was not satisfied with this answer and called our headquarters in Rockville and demanded that someone come out that day for this demonstrationWe located a field sales representative in Ellicott City to come to Baltimore on a Friday afternoon to perform the spray demonstration, with paint, as the complainant requestedThis was our second on-site demonstration of this machine in one dayThe customer was satisfied with the demonstration at this point.Weeks later (Nov28"), the complainant requested a third on-site demonstration with a specific paint productWe had previously explained that with a specialized product we would require that the sales representative from the company selling the specialized product be in attendance at the same timeThrough an internal misunderstanding, we did not communicate this properly to the complainant and did not attend this third demonstration, but the demonstration was completed successfully by the specialized coating representative, nevertheless.We did provide two demonstrations of the product at our expense and at no cost to the customer and feel that if the customer had only wanted to see the machine operate and spray thc specialized product we could have accomplished this in one visit instead of three with better communicationWe certainly stand behind the products that we sell, and are ready to train customers on the proper use of their machinery to ensure their satisfaction

I am rejecting this response because: the manager of the spray department did not offer to use the paint if fact he refused.  I was never offered another apt. nor did any management return any phone calls.  There was no miscommunication.  My concern here is that the truth is not being told by this company.  We spend a lot of money in their stores and still to this day we have not received any response.  It is a shame that the little "guys" get the short end!!
