I just wanted to warn everyone to think twice before they hire Accurate Moving to move them. I hired them in July to move me and put my items in storage as my place was not ready until October. When they moved my items they did not mark any of the items to show that they were mine when they put them in storage.
When I had them move me to my new place in October I had boxes missing. They claimed they was nothing in the truck or the place where they stored them. They actually tried to blame the two friends I had helping me unpack the boxes, that maybe they did something with the boxes. Unfortunately these items cannot be replaced as some were gifts from my children.
Also when I had everything unpack I noticed they damaged the frame on my mirror, I called them requesting they have this fixed. They came back to pick it up and have it fixed.
I received a phone message in December telling me my mirror was ready and could I call back to set up a time to have it delivered. I called several times and left messages with no one getting back to me. I decided to email. I set up a time on a Wednesday at 5pm they answered saying yes to that, however they never did come that day and never called to say they couldn't make it. I then setup a time on a weekday at 9am and took the morning off to have it delivered and again no one showed up and no call to say they were coming. On January 8, 2016 I received a call telling me they were coming to deliver my mirror. I told them I as at work and was not home, they said I would have to have it delivered at my mom's (she lives in Brandon) or somewhere. I called Diane at the moving company and she said it had to be delivered as they had no where to store it, and if they put it in storage till I could be home to have it delivered they would charge me storage fees. I said she should have made arrangements first before she tried to deliver it, she said she did and I would have to pay the storage fees if I didn't have it delivered that day. I told her I was going to contact the Revdex.com. She replied "go ahead" and she hung up.
I was able to have the mirror delivered at my office, thank goodness!
