I recently had basement waterproofing work completed by this company. I had concerns about the thoroughness of the work because there was some seepage of water coming from the walls on to the floor where the work was completed. I called to set up an appointment with the company and the person who completed the work. I sent by email pictures of the area. When the day and time of the supposed appointment came, the company representative was a no show. No one from the company called to cancel the appointment or set up a new time. I sent a second email to the person who had received the emailed pictures and indicated no one had called or shown up. I'm still waiting to hear. I don't think this is the way to handle customer service or run a company.
