Review: On 6/15 I received a quote from the dealership for a new car. I also received a few other quotes from various locations but because this one was the best - I declined others and told them to prepare the car so we can come and pick it up next day. On 6/16 we discussed the color of the vesicle and provided additional information, we made necessary arrangements at work. Around 1 pm we got an email from the rep that was communicating with us stating that she made a HUGE mistake and will not be able to honor the price. Their best offer now went significantly higher then what was presented to us in another dealership. In addition, the manager send a useless email saying how sorry they are but there is nothing they are willing to do to make up for their mess except for a free oil change. I informed them that since quote was put in writing and accepted by us - it is binding and actionable. Tried to call the manager to discuss the situation but he refused to get on the phone with us. We urgently needed a car and ended up buying it from another location for higher priceDesired Settlement: They have to honor their quote and refund the difference in price that this deal ended up costing us
