I received the call from the woman and when she had told me what happened I apologized for the problemI told her that we would be there immediately to make it rightShe wanted nothing to do with thatAll she wanted was 100% of her money back and she would not allow me or anyone from my company
into her house to do the work needed to repair the problemI told her I wouldn't give any money back but we would be happy to make the necessary repairsShe insisted again that all she wanted was her money backI told her "no, have a nice day", and hung up the phone

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company owner response is not correct.  I spoke to 2 other workers from his company before told that they would have [redacted] call me back.   [redacted] did not apologize, but did say they could can come back and fix the problem.  I stated "No the job was done so badly how can I trust your work." and  "I want my money back ."  That is when he hung up on me without saying good-bye have a nice day.  And he left it at that no follow up nothing...  The job was done very poorly and with gas leaks.  I have the paperwork from the gas company if you would like a copy.   I had every right to be angry and request my money back.  Who knows what could of happened.    I am requesting a refund of at least 50% of what I paid.

They guy that owns this business could not manage the project he was signed on to perform. He was supposed to replace hot water pipes and risers in 5 buildings on our property (he did one and that was all it took to realize he wasn't the guy for the job). He was unable to give a time-frame and stick with it. He showed up when it was convenient for him to have a crew here and didn't plan ahead. He NEVER communicated what was going on during the project. He also hired one of my employees to do a side job for him and my employee never got paid for the side job. Doesn't speak well for the man in charge of the business.
