We have been dealing with this company for many years and have found that the fellows on the counter have been extremely pleasant and helpful That being said we have had two major issues that have soured our relationship The first concern we had was regarding a used steering column that we had purchased We found that the product was not usable and when we returned it, it was the owner was very difficult to deal with The next concern we had was when they were picking up an engine core from us they sent a flat deck truck that was not equipped to load the engine without the use of a forklift or crane Luckily our neighbor had a forklift that we could borrow We suggested that they equip the truck with a little crane The response we got was that they closed our account and refuse to sell to us
