LITERALLY THE WORST LP COMPANY IN MUNCIE, INDO NOT USEBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD BILLING PRACTICES, DID I MENTION TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE? NOT TO MENTIOIN HOW THEY HANDLED THE PROPANE SHORTAGETHEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO ANSWER THEIR PHONEHIDING BEHIND A VOICEMAIL TELLING ME TO GO CALL MY CONGRESSMANTHEY ARE THE WORST

We signed on for energy assistance this winter (2015/2016) for propane heaters....McCoy changed their story from before we applied to afterBefore they said No problem, we will bring a bigger tank, that there wasn't a lease charge for the tank, that we would only have to pay for the lpAfter we were approved for the assistance they brought a gallon tank instead of the and charged us a lease, made us pay over 2.29/ a gallon and let it run out after I called them and they informed me that I had a balance of over $112...no bill sent.they also told me that they were there until pm...I told them I would have the money to them before that...drove through a snow storm with my kids to pay so we could get it refilled and arrived at the business at 3:pm nobody was there...closed sign on the door and they had been gone long enough that there were no tracks in the snow besides my own..the energy assistance amount would have been plenty for the whole winter if they hadn't gouged us with the small tank, knowing that we needed the bigger oneGood luck getting a hold of them on the phone, out of maybe calls they answered or times
