Review: On 9-1-2014 my car needed a jumpstart so I called [redacted] to come and jumpstart my car. They said they would send someone. In the meantime my roommate returned home and gave me a jumpstart. I then called [redacted] to cancel the call which they said they would do. I left for a while and when I returned my roommate said [redacted] came and charged $25.00 for the call. I reimbursed my roommate for the money he had to pay [redacted] on my behalf. I called [redacted] and they said the call had not been cancelled but will not return my money. Since I called to cancel the call, and since they said they would cancel the call, I do not believe I should have to pay anything and feel they are trying to screw me over.Desired Settlement: I would like my $25.00 back. I am disabled and on a fixed income so $25.00 is big money for me.
