We sent the claim form to our client back on 6/12/and didn't receive anything back yet, we cannot issue any refund without the claim form filled up Delivery issue- it is very common in the moving industry to use a 3rd party carrier for long distance moves and we never lied to our customers about thatWe always say there is a possibility for it The client was charged $extra upon delivery for a shuttle service fee since he lives on a very narrow street and we couldn't fit the big truck into his apartment complex, the client was aware of this optional service before he choose our company and it is stated clearly on the contract and estimate Customer was ready for delivery in Venice CA from 6/3/ and received his delivery exactly on time(It could have been delivered up to business days from that day as per our contract) However, it seems we did lose the two boxes and we would like to composite the client We kindly ask the client to fill up the claim form emailed to him 6/12/so we can process it properly and find suitable compensation for his loseGoing around the web and trying to shame our company reputation will not help to resolve this matter.Below, our respond to the client email back on 6/12/2015, Dear Mr***, I’m sorry to hear about your missing itemsI have conducted a thorough investigation evolving the drivers, crew, staff members and other clients that received services around the same timeWe have checked our storage facility and cameras multiple times and again I am sorry to report that your boxes are nowhere to be foundA claim form is attached, please be sure to fill it out and either mail it back or fax it to me, and I’ll be sure to personally handle it Our fax number is ###-###-#### Mailing address: [redacted] ***, MD I can assure you that if we gather any new information regarding your boxes, we will inform you and send it to you immediately Sincerely, Mashav Relocation

I am rejecting this response because:This response is not only inaccurate it is absurd. If there was a clear understanding, price, inventory, and quote there would not have even been any back and forth on any level. All items within the prior responses need to be addressed as me speaking with any representative from Mashav Relocation has been unproductive, disrespectful, and unacceptable throughout this entire business transaction.  I will request the employee’s information again as Mashav Relocation recommended that I press charges with the police in order to seek and retribution. The purpose of the Revdex.com is so that we can communicate as speaking directly with Mashav Relocations yields no results on any level.  In case Mashav misplaced my initial complaint all issues were not only categorized but placed in chronological order. I will provide them again for your records as the most recent response reads as if there were no previous correspondences on record. • Workers arrived late (arrival time to begin was 7: 00 am/ workers arrived at 7:30 am and did not begin working until approximately 7:45 am) • Workers were given a walk thru of property to ensure completion time and assess all items being packed ( response from your team was move • would not only meet the deadline but services were expected to be completed early) • At approximately 11:30 am team lead requested that I go purchase them lunch (given the circumstances and me being alone there as a female I complied) • Team did not work at full capacity for the entire period at the home (When I walked around to monitor and check progress throughout the day at no point were all three members working) • Additional items were both washed and packed by myself (Workers did not pack items not included within the quote. They simply took approximately 10-15 minutes to load them on the truck) • Food Packed with belongings (I specifically instructed workers to not pack any food items from kitchen inclusive of can goods and boxed nonperishable items and despite my instructions open bags of chips, candy, and pasta were found packed with kitchen items) • Workers gave additional quotes to complete tasks such as remove curtain rods and TV mount brackets which they were compensated for immediately in cash for the amount which they required (this could possibly play a role in time and rates as they all sat around as one completed this portion of the job) • The price is double the amount quoted in the estimate. (If after assessment of home was completed upon arrival of team and they would have stated that the job was double the expected time and price no service would have been rendered. • Price adjustments were promised via verbal agreement over the phone prior to me releasing my property to your company. (Yesterday after speaking with a representative of your company it was stated that a resolution for price adjustments could be made closer to the estimate as I stated to the representative I not only was expecting a price for half the amount but I did not have the finances to support this charge. There were several back and forth prices adjustments such as one hour off for travel and addition hour off for break. I stated to the company representative that that was not enough of price adjustment and I was promised that something much closer to the quote and more reasonable would be resolved with a phone call which would be initiated by your company to me today at 3:00 pm. If I was told no resolution could be met to support the initial quote I would not have released my property under any circumstance to your company. • No call was initiated from your company to me to rectify situation as promised. (I initiated phone call to your company and no resolution could be met that was even close to estimate which was what was verbally promised prior to release of my property the day before) • Inappropriate Touch (worker rubbed my shoulder in an inappropriate manner throughout the day when requesting meal and or additional payments) • Worker Harassment (worker called my personal cell phone to threaten and harass me for filing a complaint against him; picture of call log and text message was sent to company via email 3/4/17) • Delivery Date Confusion (Confusion over delivery date after two day window was given from company after waiting extra week to receive delivery date) • Grandfather Clock Damaged/Broken (The moving company left right after they told me the grandfather clock was working and put back together and it was not. They switched the ticker but they did not put it back together properly and it is broke. I called the driver and he told me to call the company and they can tell me what to do. He refused to put the clock back together and told me I should ask the company to get the guys that took it apart to put it back together. Before I could receive further clarification the worker hung up the phone on me.Next steps beginning with requesting the company give me the first and last name and contact information of the worker who sexually harassed me as well as threaten me via phone call and text message as I will most definitely file a police report as Mashlav Relocation suggested. In addition I plan to post reviews and take the necessary legal action against this company for false advertisement of pricing, horrific customer service, sexual harassment and acts of threat, as well as emotional distress.
