I have spoken to Mr [redacted] about his BMW His car was part of a huge voluntary recall associated with airbag issues This recall has affected millions of vehicles in a large number of vehicles produced world wide.Not just BMW brand The recall part ( airbag) was installed in Mr [redacted] car The vehicle still displayed Supplement Restraining System warning light on after the recallMr [redacted] authorized diagnosis time and ultimate repairs to his vehicle along with additional maintenance inspection This vehicle is not under warranty and is years old The vehicle was valet returned to Mr [redacted] after the repairs were completed The additional repairs were not associated with the air bag recallMultiple Managers have contacted Mr*** He advised nothing would make him happyHe was offered a $credit to be used at his choice We value Mr***'s business and have apologized for the time taken to resolve the recall and not making him feel like a valued customer [redacted] ***Director of Operations

Mrs*** purchased a pre owned BMW Xon 3/31/14. At the time it had miles on it
It was NEVER advertised or market as a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. This vehicle was ineligible for certification due to miles. Attached is documentation from the deal paperwork
where Mrs*** signed it was sold “AS-IS” NO warranty. This was fully disclosed and Mrs*** signed acknowledging the fact.
We had no knowledge of the vehicle Mrs*** purchased was involved in an accident. Carfax is a third party company that provides vehicle history reports. We have no control on what they report or corrections
Last time we looked at the vehicle it had excess of 90,miles. Considering the vehicle has now been owned by customer for almost years and 20,miles later there would be considerable depreciation in value from the purchase price. The market determines the trade valueIn October we met with Mrs*** and offered to purchase her Xfor $17500. Attached is copy of Kelly Blue Book Value for her vehicle for a range on the value of the vehicle todayThis gives a range of trade in valuesAccident history is not a factor in this evaluation
The values and determination that previous accidents hurt the value on her car where not the opinions or words of IG Burton and CompanyMrs *** was at another dealership who made those statements
To resolve the matter we would be willing to appraise Mrs ***’s BMW and offer a fair market value trade or purchase. Amount owed on the Xhas no correlation with appraisalMrs*** may owe more than the vehicle is worth.
