My previous statement still applies. The address has been researched and removed from our files. These actions were taken on February 19, 2014. There were letters requested and mailed in early February, however no letters will be processed for this person after February 19,

I have called the courts and there is nothing on file for a warrant or a pending citation.....I just had my license renewed this year. I could not have had that done if I had a pending citation.

This law firm is using false information to collect $406.00 for Medical Services dated 6/10/2003. This is not a legal debt, the law firm is using the name McCreary Veselka Bragg & Allen LLC and MVBA collection firm to submit false claims. If this were a legal debt it exceeds the statue of limitations. This firm has history of attempting to collect disputed debt for Texas Department of Public Services supported by numerous online complaints for false claims in violation of State of Texas Statues.

I have been getting letters for a few years now I have called to let them know I have lived In WI since I was four I got my driver license since 2003

I have been getting bills and over the last four months I have got one or two per month. The bills are for tickets that date back to 9-17-2005 for no drivers license, fail to maintain financial res and parked in prohibited area. I have lived in WI since 1990 I got my drivers license in 2002 I took drivers ed at my high school. I have called to let them know they are billing the wrong person and have asked to have my address removed. The more I have called the more letters I receive at this point it's more like harassment now. I was also enrolled in college here in [redacted] in 2005
