Review: contracted weatherseal siding to side house on 5/13/2013.the siding job was started the following week. while they were working on the home siding, the four sides of the yard was trashed when they finished for the day. I told them they can use the garage to store their equipment and supplies. They also attached a gutter and downspout on the porch roof that a contractor installed. When done with the job..took a walk around the home with [redacted], [redacted]. I remarked porch lite was not centered on porch like it was prior to new siding put on. he commented that is where the wire was for lite....He also said that they would come back and put white trim around garage door and small door by garage.He had one of the workers measure for the trim at the time and said they would be back to install. They were paid the balance due for that day. Since that day a spigot block needs attached and old utility (?) box that they reattached to home has fallen off. Garrett stated a lite block wont fit? Gutter and downspout they installed has been leaking due to raining. they came back and adjusted gutters/downspout and added some caulking. said to let them know at next rain if not leaking will cap the gutter/downspout.. Numerous calls to answering service and to [redacted] have not been taken care of.it is now 7/3/2013. [redacted] lied and said at the beginning he filed the paperwork to [redacted] to approve additional monies for this hail storm claim. Per [redacted], Weatherseal never filed paperwork. Since about June 6th,2013, I have been calling to get this job finished. [redacted] always says they will be coming on a certain date,they never show and when I call back, no response.When they do call,always an excuse...they started other jobs, forgot tools, truck broke down, garage is locked, cant get tools, still working on other jobs...etc, etc, etc......I have kept a record of my calls to company..date/time/and responsDesired Settlement: Want them to finish what they said they would do in a timely matter.Porch downspout/gutter is still leaking and other companies have told me they will not attempt to fix what they did not install and Weatherseal should take responsibility for their work or I need to take further action. I have been in touch with the Attorney Generals office and they advised me to start with the Revdex.com to see if this matter can be resolved. If not, to contact them again and they will help and advise.

Review: New roofing work performed. After the fact, there was a small leak problem that required some attention. Been trying for several months to get them out to fix the problem. All I,m getting is promises that never come to pass. I have talked with the owner and nothing has happened. I don't think they care at all now that the job is done and they got paid. I had to pay a fellow to come over and try to possible fix the problem. The customer service after the fact is terrible. Seems like all the promises and pre talk of customer service is just something nice to say to get the job. Too bad, because the roof workmanship seems to bee done very well.Desired Settlement: To get in touch with me and resolve this matter so that water damage does not incur.

Review: We had a new roof put on by McCullough Weather Seal in October of 2012. We had several issues at the time with Garret and his company which should have been a major red flag. Garret was difficult to get a hold of, and gave us the run around concerning our issues at the time which included the timeline of the project, the mess made by his employees and the damage done to our yard by their trucks. We endured the difficult relationship with [redacted] and his crew and were glad in the end to have the job complete and our experience with this company over with. Then on June 25th of 2013,only eight months after having our new roof put on, we noticed a wet spot on the ceiling in our upstairs hallway. We called [redacted] on July 5th to ask him to come and take a look at the leak and correct the problem with our roof. (The reason for the week's delay on our part was due to a death in the family.) Garret once again gave us the run around about coming out to look at our problem. After, several calls and texts, and broken appointments [redacted] came to our home to look at our leak. He then sent out a crew to fix the leaking area, only to have it leak again as well as another area. Again we called[redacted] and again little to no response. We then decided to have our roof inspected by a reputable company who noted several problems with our nearly new roof. We tried diligently to get [redacted] and his company to repair our roof and the damage caused inside due to the two leaks. We have gone weeks with no response, and our now stuck with a "new" roof that leaks and damage to our inside walls and ceiling.Desired Settlement: We have a two year warranty on the roof and feel that it should be repaired properly, as well as the inside of our home be returned to it's original condition before the water damage that was caused by the faulty roof. We have given McCullough Weather Seal ample time to respond to our request of having our roof and inside water damage repaired. We would like to have McCullough's pay for our repairs to be made by a company that has integrity and the appropriate skills to complete the job.
