When I purchased this policy I was told to get the accident coverage policy because it was a Apple computer and it is expensive to repairThey also told me if for some reason it can't be repaired it will be replaced with a new Apple computer with the same specs or newer not at refurbished unit.

Service USA contacted me regarding "replacing my sofa" but so far I have received no further information nor by phone or email. I have left numerous messages for the [redacted] and so far I have received no response.
Customer made a complaint about not getting any service from Service USA and having to wait to long for their parts to come in for their furniture. We resent the order for their parts and as of the 19th of August we received an email stating that their parts have been ordered and would be...
shipped out the following week. It will take 2 - 6 weeks for the parts to arrive at the customer's house in which case a tech will be sent out to make the repair with the parts.
We are replacing her sofa.
