Plumber installed disposal in my rental home. Two months later my property manager sent maintenance on an emergency call due to heavy leak in kitchen. Discovered plumber did poor job and pipes disconnected. Router Plus will not stand behind their job and make it right. Work was defective and new gaskets were not used.i

I do not know where the actual business address is. His card says something different than his invoice. On 10/11/18 Mr Ruben M came to my home to service 2 heating/cooling units. He service the heating portion of the unit and told me to contact in him in April 2019 to service the cooling unit. I paid for a complete service of both (heating and cooling) on 10/11/18. I contacted my home warranty company on 3/6/2019 in which they assigned Mr. M *** to do a job at my home. When he phoned me to do the work via home warranty company, he stated he could not come out to my home because he was working on his home and my home is not the priority. He also said he could not work on my unit till Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. He told me he would come to my home to prepare his report on 3/8/19 if he had time. He phoned me on 3/8/19 at 2:00 PM and told me he would not be out to my home and asked me to provide photos of the unit. I sent the photos to him, 5 minutes later I received a call from the home warranty company denying my claim. Later I complained to them that he had not even come to my home. He called me and LIED to me stating that he had been to my home, WHICH he did not. And told me he would not complete the service job on my heating units that I paid for in October of 2018. I paid for the service, he lied again and again, not only to me but to the home warranty company. He MUST do the work on the heating units (2) I paid for already and he said he would not. I paid $645.00 in total.

On June 15, 2017, I made a written contract with Reuben M (also Doing Business As: ***, etc.) to hook up my North Valley sewer system to the City sewer and decommission the septic tank. This was to be a turnkey project to be finished in 3 days with all permits paid by M. He went over all the questions I had at signing and assured me all would be done well. I paid 1/2 up front or $2100. Later that day I called M to tell him that I had forgotten to remind him to tie in the grey water drain from the washing machine, which he said was not problem and no extra cost. On June 21 the work was no where near finished. I had to leave, since I live out of state and had a plane to catch. M insisted that I make the final payment, against my experience and wishes. So I paid in full and wrote "turnkey" on the check, as I reminded M he was responsible for all we had discussed. In the end, M took about a month to get the tie-in finished and approved. He did not do much of the promised work. He did not take out the "tapping permit" or pay the UEC fee, which are the required first steps for a utility hook up. He did not tie in the washer drain, despite assuring me several times that he would. He damaged the underground irrigation with his heavy machinery and did not fix it, despite promising to do so. He promised to care for and replant landscape plants, which he never did. He did not rake and level the soil, despite promises to do so. He did not lower the "candy cane" vent, despite promises to do so. I have had to hire others to fix the landscaping and irrigation. The washer drain tie-in is still not done. I had to pay the UEC fee of $2,364--a big surprise. He never paid the septic pumping company for their services--they asked me for payment. I sent him many emails, texts, calls, and finally a registered letter of complaint on August 12, 2017. M never accepted the letter nor responded to other communications.

Ruben H. M, owner, refused to fix my faucet, after I paid him $75.00 co-pay for this services. Mr. M is a sub-contractor with *** which I also reported to them he stole $75.00 deposit because he initially agreed to the terms but never fixed the faucet and kept the $75.00. I attempted calling Mr. M several times but did not address the faucet repair issue and kept the $75.00.
