I am rejecting this response because: The issue I had with McDaniel, Inc was resolved a couple of months ago.  They refunded my money.  Thank you anyway for your response.

Review: McDaniel Services, Inc. didn't repair my heating system, and after I informed Mr. [redacted] McDaniel that I was going to seek help form Revdex.com; he sent me an email stating that he was going to send me a check with the full refund of the amount of $1,788.00 I paid to his company back in March, 2014. However, I still have not received any refund check, and Mr. McDaniel is no longer replaying to my emails.I do have a copy of his email dated April 9, 2014; in which, he states that a check was going to be cut on April 10, 2014 but as today's date, I haven't received anything. I believe he is not an honest person, and after he admitted that the service was not provided correctly,it appears now that he is refusing to give my money back. I really need your help in this matter. If you need any additional information, please let me know. I have copies of the the emails I exchanged with Mr. [redacted] McDaniel as well as copies of the invoices I paid to McDaniel Services, Inc.Thank you so much,[redacted], Va [redacted]Phone ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I would like to have a total refund of the money I paid $1,788.00. [redacted] McDaniel agreed to refund me in full.Thank you,[redacted]
