Ms*** is correct in stating that we replaced the a/c in August Our first knowledge they were having a problem was by First American Home Buyers Protection asking us to return to the home to diagnose any failures House Pro represents First American in the same capacity that we do, so their comment about our company "intentionally" causing a problem is not acceptable between contractors
We returned to the home and resolved the problem Several days later, we received a second request from First American to return to the home as it was not cooling again The request was immediately cancelled and upon inquiring as to why it was cancelled, First American informed it was cancelled at the homeowners request We have not been given an opportunity to substantiate any of these statements
We have a great reputation and would like to keep it that way We have numerous testimonials from happy and pleased customers Truly, several great experiences can be wiped out with one bad one It is unfortunate that we were not given an opportunity to resolve this issue with a return visit
