This man is a complete fraud and I wish I saw these previous reviews prior to hiring him. He continuously refers to God and acts like he is very experienced, loves God, and has crews of people working for him. 1. He doesn't have a team. He doesn't know how to manage his money so he can't keep consistent people working for him. He is a pervert and makes you feel uncomfortable. He even followed my daughter and her friends on Instagram. He posts work on Instagram of houses that he did not do. I live out of state and he was doing a complete rehab for me and was to be done in 90-120 days. It's been 5 months and not one room in the duplex is done. He bought a ton of materials on my *** card for his personal use, for other jobs, and even returned some to get store credit. Bought more expensive things and used cheaper things. He lied about additional work that needed to be done so I could give him more money. I gave him over $20,000 and not one room is finished in the house. He didn't pull any permits. He is a liar and a thief. He even lied that someone broke in and stole things out of the house. Then he tried to con me out of more money since I am out of state and now have a local person to manage the property. He told me he was walking away from the project and would want additional money for the keys and security code to MY house. DO NOT USE HIM AND PASS THE WORD

Total scam. I had a house fire. Paid Mr. MCDearmon in full for the work to be completed on 11/27/2019. I only needed siding done to a portion of the house not the entire house. The weather had been great (50’s no snow, hardly any rain) he hardly shows. Makes plenty of excuses. The little bit work that was done is horrible. The siding is rippled, dirty, and broken in some pieces. I have voiced my concerns several times to no avail. I have reached out to my lawyer at this point.

I really wish I could leave a 0 but I can’t. This man comes in acting as if he’s a man of God and gains ur trust and then once he gets the money the tune changes. He told us he would be the one doing the work,only to find that he had young inexperienced workers and drug addicts doing the job. He had us buy materials that were more expensive and used cheap materials. He did not complete the job and stopped answering calls. He also lied about what was promised prior to him receiving the money. He even called my business partner trying to get backdoor work. And to top it off he’s a pervert. He makes passes at female clients and also makes sexual comments thru text and verbally which I have proof of and will be taking to CHPD. He’s not to be trusted and I even found out he went to prison for stealing his fathers checks!! Wish I had done more research instead of trusting this wolf in sheep’s clothing.
