- The Buyer of this house is constantly calling complaining about having foundation issues After telling him several times that foundation is fine, he decided to hire the 3rd party company to check foundation to convince himself of what we had been telling him all along The conducted study validated our professional opinion by stating that the foundation has no issue...As to tiles being broken, I am not sure what causing this phenomenon, and regardless, fixing it is NOT an issue, however, the used tile for that house has been discontinued and we no longer have access to replacement tile....However, if the owner is able to find the matching tile and be willing to accept that the tile and grout may have slightly different shades (since more than likely would be from a different batch of production) we will be more than glad to remedy the situation at our expense and NO ADDITIONAL cost to the Buyer.Our reputation and client happiness is our number one priority and one of our core values allowing us to be successful in our business and we are willing to do anything and everything to maintain our value and good reputation in the market place[redacted] Luxury Homes [redacted]
