I am rejecting this response because: Just because your file does not show what was stated does not mean that your service resoresented did not lie to us.   I’m not surprised there is no documentation of his thievery. The truth still stands that kat was told she needed new tires, was presented with prices and warned that she needed to act immediately or be in danger. The sales person in no longer with your company so clearly he can’t be reached. My complaint still stands and I demand a proper response. Again, simply looking at what is in your fine is not enough. Your company tried to swindle us into buying new tires and that is egregious behaviors. And the nail you claim was causing damage was simply superficial. Please take responsibility for your actions.

After speaking with our VP of Operations yesterday he has assured me he is working with [redacted] to trade her out of her [redacted] and help her select a replacement that is suitable in her opinion. This situation is unfortunate but we are committed to rectifying the situation and helping [redacted]...

I spoke with the General Manager on Friday December 4th. He indicated McDonald Mazda was going to repair the vehicle and would call Mr. [redacted] personally to arrange the repairs.

I am rejecting this response because:  They want me to fill out another form. I already filled one out, (this is a time sensitive form-due to a refund being given), and want the cancellation date to reflect Aug 3, 2017, not today's date.  I have sent the Controller a copy of my emails previously sent, with the correct form filled out and attached.  I have also attached a copy of the form for your review.

I have attached the full scanned copy of repair order and inspection form. I do not show anywhere on any of our paper work that we even said anything about a nail or tire. I did also attach the inspection form showing where we marked the tires at. You can also see on our repair order we indicated...

the tire status as "green" indicating the tread depth was good.  I did also attach the ([redacted]) [redacted] brochure explaining what is a qualified repair and limits. These are the guiltiness that we go off of and do not steer away as tires are a safety item on a vehicle. If the vehicle is AWD (all-wheel drive) we will measure variance in thread depth between old / new tires. We cannot spread more than 3/32 difference from front to rear in order to protect the AWD driveline. Here is a link discussing the AWD variance. [redacted]   That being said, I have no knowledge of customer’s concern / any documentation in regards to what he is stating we advised/recommended.   Please let me know what else I can provide for you?

The contract was cancelled on 9/24/17 with an 8/3/17 date per [redacted]'s request. I emailed copies of the cancellation and the check to [redacted] on Friday. Hopefully this satisfies the complaint.  Thank you.
