Very disappointed! We had our house and appartment stained and expected a professional jobInstead we have total disappointmentThey told us that they would replace any old wood, fill holes and gaps, replace and repair soffit and facia that was missingThey were to stain the wood and paint the soffit and facia and also the down spouts but instead they sprayed stain on everythingAnd did nothing to the down spouts The stain is extremely blotchy, has runs and looks awefule! The soffit fell down within a monthThe river rock around the house is now stained brown about 6” away from the house and now I go to see why our security lights are not working and find that the sensors have been stained overHe assured me that he backs his work and that if anything starts to chip or wear to call him and it will be taken care ofWell I have been trying to contact him for months and no answer or returned callsGo figure

We paid Owen McDonald to power wash our house and to paint our foundation and aluminum sidingAfter the power washing, the plants in our garden were destroyed and multiple window screens were brokenThey weren't repaired until we specifically brought it up and requested the repairEven after that, two of our screens were never replacedOnce the house was painted, they spilled a large amount of paint on our porch roof that is highly visible to all of our neighbors and traffic, and it was stained for several monthsLastly, the painters painted over the soffit and fascia and our guttersNeither my wife nor I were there when they finished the job (we were at work) so we did not see itOnce we got home and called to request them to fix it, Owen said it would cost an additional$While he should have offered to fix it right away and free of charge, he instead charged us more, which we understood and acceptedHe then told us he had family coming and would give us a call back to sch

Horrible,Horrible,HorribleI worked for them and seen first hand they will over price you they will ruin your yard your front porch your deck for goodness sake I even seen them ruin trampolines they are very inexperienced painters

Review: PAINTER SPRAY-PAINTED HOUSE IN APRIL 2014 SEVERAL SPOTS WERE MISSED DUE TO TAPING TC. PAINTER AGREED TO PAINT THESE AREAS DURING THE JULY 4 TH WEEK, SINCE HIS WORK WAS SLOW DURING THAT WEEK. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I HAVE SEVERAL PHONE MESSAGES REQUESTING THAT HE COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB. HE HAS NOT RESPONDED. VERY FRUSTRATING.Desired Settlement: HE SHOULD COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB.
