For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The bank knowingly and willingly provided me with a inaccurate appraisal of my houseThe bank was aware that they provided me with an inaccurate appraisal when the appraiser contacted themAt that time the appraiser willing offered to adjust the appraisal, however the bank choose not to let himThey knew that the appraisal was not accurate thus diminishing the value of the houseThey choose to charge and provide me with an inaccurate documentBasically charging me for something they did not provideThey owe me for the cost of this inaccurate appraisal that they knew was inaccurate and choose not to correctThey need to refund the cost of the appraisalTheir offer to work with me alluding to the loan is not an optionI will not do business with a business that willing misleads and when called on it refuse to make the matter rightRefund the cost of the appraisal that you charged and provided me with knowing that it was inaccurate

They still have not stated what the condition of the property was that rejected the loanThe big ticket Item that the appraisail listed he was wrong in his assesmentThe electric was not out of dateAre they saying that they rejected the condition of property for a $piece of carpet and A shower encloser that all material was bought and ready to install?

Westmoreland Federal Savings only uses State Certified Appraisers.Appraisals are used to determine the value of the propertyCondition of the property is a factor in determining the valueAppraisals are never used as a home inspection. The applicant’s appraisal was used for its intended
purpose which is to determine the valueWe have provided the applicant with a copy of the appraisalThere is no other correspondence that list any conditions of the property that were not listed in the appraisal as the applicant stated in his letter to youUnfortunately, we could not approve his application for a mortgage loan as applied for due to the value and condition of the property.
