To: Revdex.com Re: ID# [redacted] Regarding the incident with [redacted] we have contacted the customer listened to his inquiry about poor service and offered to have him come back in for a meal on usHe was also spoken to the fact that he does this regularly and asks for multiple free meals because of his experiencesWe have been more than fair with him and this is not the first of free meals he has receivedWe are aware of the importance of customer satisfaction and do take allegations like this very seriouslyWhen we see this being the only customer complaining it tends to raise red flags on his ongoing issues with the two restaurants he lives aroundWe have let him know that if he is not happy with the service he receives moving forward that maybe its time to take his patronage elsewhere as we are not handing out several free meals like he requests after every visit [redacted] ***
