Hello [redacted] , my name is Alex C [redacted] and I was touching base with you regarding the concern we received on August 9th from [redacted] I have spoke with MsBlevins and we have resolved the matter amicablyWe replaced her entire order free of charge and she was satisfied with that.Thank you

We were closed on March 12th due to a snow stormMr [redacted] received a prepaid return label and even had an exchange made on the honor system (we don't charge the customer or wait on their item to come back before sending)We answered his telephone messages and one of my co-workers even answered his messages through Facebook on her personal timeThe customer has made more orders since the complaint was filedPlease let me know if I need to do anything else to resolve the issue.Thank you, [redacted] ***

As she stated in her complaintShe walked off the property and her car was towed LegallyHow are we supposed to know if she will eventually be a customerWe can't afford to pay someone to
constantly chase people down to ask if they will eventually be a customerWe tried that in the past and encountered a lot of liars that just pulled awayUnfortunately, a few have ruined it for allWish things could be different

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

I am rejecting this response because the statements are inaccurate and I accept the offer to provide documents that show policies and documents that I signedGiven they indicate they accurately track customer balances, I would also like them to verify my account balance at the time she took over management and when I last attended lessons

Telephoned *** *** on 2/9/and spoke with him. After identifying our company region (Southern Maryland), *** *** advised his visit was in Pennsylvania. When ask if he would like a phone number to forward his concerns for that State, he declined

This issue has been resolved

Bit down with pop heard across from me on foreign object inside chicken nugget, not just in box, May 15th, with lack of appropriate response by local McDonalds or CorporateMajor concerns are: dental effects, identification of what was in my mouth (object offered for viewing) and particularly young children since they are the target market of the productPhone and email communication history will be provided upon request
Also, your site would not accept my cell# with numerous attempts....XXX XXX XXXX
