">Hello,McDonald's on Losey Blvd., in La Crosse did contact me and sent me a giftcard and free meal cards. I appreciate that, but I am NOT satisfied.My dispute is with the way corporate McDonald's has programmed theircomputers to rob the unsuspecting customers of small amounts every timethey accidentally order off the dollar menu.McDonald's advertises their dollar menu and how economical it is. Thetruth is that if you mix your order between the dollar menu and meals, youare setting yourself up to ripped off.The store itself is not the problem, it is the McDonald's program!I am NOT SATISFIED with just the replacement of my meals. My name is *** *** and I am the owner of the McDonald's Restaurant in Mayville
WisconsinI am responding to case number ***On January 251h I received a complaint
from Mr*** stating he did not receive a refund for the difference for the Big Mac he
purchased on
January 15, As soon as it was brought to my attention I called and left a
message on January which was the next business day after receiving the complaintSince
he did not return my call by January 29th, I sent a check for the overcharge for his Big Mac
along with an apology letter again requesting to call me to resolve the issueI again tried to call
him on February 3td
• At this point I have not received a return phone call from Mr***
Prior to receiving your letter I have retrained my Manager and cashiers and have proper
procedures in place for promotions like this, so the customers are not overcharged in the
futureToday I sent the balance of Mr***'s total order of $He will then be
reimbursed (or his total orderIt's unfortunate I have not been able to talk personally to Mr
*** to resolve this issueI take great pride in my business and customer service
