I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I am writing to you in regards to the complaint that [redacted] filed. We are sending out a refund to her granddaughter [redacted] whom the storage unit was rented to, however, she is not due a refund. I was in contact with the storage facility tech support on 10/4/17 (spoke with a lady named...
Zika) and 10/06/17 (spoke with a gentleman named Tony) regarding this matter. After going over all the paperwork with tech support at the Uhaul Storage company they stated that there should be no refund given and that there was actually a balance due of $7.64 that was owed for the rental unit.
