Here is the first email I sent in January, after returning from a trip and after calling multiple times with no response and going to the store in person twice to get the email contact info.  Nobody ever responded to me about this matter.

I don't have the receipt for the actual visit.  It was two large sized drinks that spilled due to lids not being placed on properly.  I do have a receipt for the cleaning of my car, which I emailed to the local store.  Here it is, attached.

To whom it may concern,I am responding to the complaint that was awn to the McDonald’s in [redacted].After talking to the store manager she said she remembers the incident and according to her she did contact the customer after receiving the complaint through the 1800 customer service number, According to her she talked to the customer and she said she would send pictures by way of email but it was not received by our manager.The manager then called the customer and asked her to come to the store with the car on a sunday but she did not appear.What then happened was that about 2 weeks later she came to the store and said she had the car cleaned and wanted to be reimbursed but the manager was not there.Unfortunately at that time we had lost the customers phone number and did not make any further contact.now with the phone number that was provided we will now reach out to the customer with our apologies and try to fairly resolve this situation so that she can be re-imbursed for any proper expenses due to cleaning  the spill in her car.Miles I[redacted]Owner Operator

I am rejecting this response because:I emailed the photos of the spill in my car multiple times to the email provided to me by an employee at the [redacted] store.  I had no response.I DID show up to the store to try to talk to the manager and resolve the issue, TWICE and they said they had my information and would get back to me.  Nobody ever did.I've been contacting the store - phone, email, and in person - since DECEMBER, and nobody ever responded to me.  I was blown off every single time.  This has already wasted a LOT of my valuable time trying to get this resolved at the local level at the store, and has not worked.  That is why I called the 1800 number.  They were also unhelpful - saying they had to contact the store.  Which I have already done, with no results.  Which is why I reached out to the national 1800 number in the first place.  After multiple calls to them and lots of time waiting - with no results - I've filed with the Revdex.com.  This has been ongoing since December of last year.  It is already May.  I got a call from someone this morning saying they wanted to meet to discuss this because they didn't get the photos.  I explained that I already emailed the photos and that I just moved yesterday and will be leaving for a business trip this weekend.  I do not have time to meet to discuss this and would prefer to have everything in writing from the company so that there is a record.
