meals because of his experiences. We have been more than fair with him and this is not the first of free meals he has received. We are aware of the importance of customer satisfaction and do take allegations like this very seriously. When we see this being the only customer complaining it tends to raise red flags on his ongoing issues with the two restaurants he lives around. We have let him know that if he is not happy with the service he receives moving forward that maybe its time to take his patronage elsewhere as we are not handing out several free meals like he requests after every visit. I am rejecting this response because: it fails to address the problems which I raise and one of the two complaints still hasn't been addressed! Most people don't speak up when they have an issue with a business , but I do!
