Review: visited McDonalds thru drive thru on May 20th 2013. Purchased a meal and a giftcard for $10.00. after I purchased the supervisor on duty asked for my card again, stating that the transaction did not go through. I asked for a void slip, she denied me and used my debit card again. I said I wanted proof that the first transaction did not go through. She told me if I had any problems of an additional charge going through to return and they would refund my money. I returned a week later after having discovered that my card was debited twice. once for the meal and card totalling $16.69 and another for an additional gift card of $10.00 When I walked into the store a district manager approached me and I told him of the situation. He said I needed to speak to the general mgr. I did, I again told him what happened and he said there was nothing he could do to help me. I had to take care of it myself. I called macdonalds coperate offices. They told me someone from that store would be contacting me. Its been three weeks, no phone call. I want my $10.00Desired Settlement: I want my original 10 dollar bill or i'll even take a gift cert that you charged me for but did not actually get and 1 dollar for every day that you have denied me my money.

Review: There is no baby changing table in the restrooms & when asked the manager about it she stated they're thinking about having a meeting to discuss that. There is no place to change a baby's dirty diaper. Also there are no toilet seat covers or any indication of a holder for them.Desired Settlement: Baby changing tables need to installed in men and women restrooms. Toilet seat covers need to be installed and provided.

Thank you for bringing to our attention to the complaint received from Ms. [redacted].

We appreciate the opportunity to reply to a customer who has questions regarding baby

changing table at our restaurant.

We are sending a letter of explanation to Ms. [redacted] and the assurance that her

concerns are being addressed. We have explained in our letter to Ms. [redacted] that we

have reviewed her request to add a changing table in our restroom. Unfortunately, due to

restraint of the size we are unable to install one at this time. When an opportunity

becomes available to remodel we will take her advice under consideration.

Again, I appreciate your time and effort in bringing this issue to a satisfactory close.
