McDonald's - Voyager Pkwy

Just left, it's 11:30 PM in Colorado. The drive thru was fast, the cashier was very polite, BUT, the food lady was VERY RUDE. First she didn't have it correct. I didn't yell, get nasty, tell her she was wrong, or make fun of her, I just asked if I could have the fries that come with the meal. She looked irritated that I bothered to check my bag, then she couldn't get the fries through the window fast enough and slammed it shut. Then when she noticed me still sitting there holding the incorrect sauces she opened it back up, I then asked politely if I could have the buffalo sauce in stead of the ranch, which I didn't even get out all the way before she rudely said "I know I saw that, goodbye." handed me the sauce and grabbed the ranch and slammed the window again.

McDonalds; do you wonder why people aren't eating there anymore? Customer service is number one. You offer "healthier" options and you're still losing money. Might want to try new employees. I've worked in retail 20 years and NEVER got rude with a customer. NEVER! One I'd lose my job and two I'd probably get slapped. I will not be returning to your stores instead I will go across the street to Chick-Fil-A, Del Taco, or Wendy's where I have never had issues.
