I ordered a buttermilk chicken sandwich online. Their app wasn't working properly. First it charged the wrong credit card. Then they said no lettuce, when I really checked no tomato. I informed the manager of this and she did nothing. Matter of fact she was actually rude. I was so mad that they screwed my order up I didn't even eat the sandwich. I don't want to return to any mcdonalds ever again. This occurred on 7/9/2018 at the old sugar creek rd in fenton mo. at 12:46 PM order 82.

Christian Foods owns a McDonald's in ***. If you can avoid this location do yourself the favor. Consistently they can not get your order correct in the drive thru, the employees are rude. After multiple issues over the last month with this location I called the Christian Foods to complain to the owner Chris. That was 2 weeks ago and no one has called back. Clearly, this demonstrates they do not care if they have a problem. Today the Manager *** that I spoke to was rude. AVOID THIS LOCATION!
