I ordered a 4 piece McNugget meal for my 2 year old daughter and when I opened the box for her there were no nuggets but there was some type of white sauce or something in it that was discolored as if it had mold on it and it smelled disgusting like vomit. I could not identify at all what it was because it smelled gross and old. If my toddler would have opened the box herself and tried to eat it, I am sure she would have gotten very sick.
