Saturday, Feb 15th 2020 roughly between the hours of 8-930pm myself and two other people(one being handicap) came to this particular location for service we first went to the drive through and waited almost 5-7 to be greeted by the employee. once greeted the we proceeded to let the order taker know that we would have two different orders. for the first original order the person who was handicap attempted to place his order while trying to figure out what he wanted the order taker on the other end(whom we later found out was the manager) then yelled at my family member(the handicap one) saying WHAT DO YOU WANT!! very rudely and loud. so we proceeded to go in to speak with the manager when we entered the handicap person's mother then asked to speak with a manager within five minutess of the conversation the manager got completely rude with not only me but the handicap young man and his mother as well whom is my cousin. we simply were in search of an apology but she continued to be rude which then resulted in another employee jumping in calling us all types of *** and hoes she then proceeded to try and fight us and tried to walk up on us and asult us the second employee had a gang of young men there waiting and they jumped in and tried to fight the mother and the son as I stepped in to make sure that they didnt assult my family the employees brother got in my face and then threaten to beat me and my family when we came outside and assaulted the mother by pushing her out the way to try and fight me and the handicap customer again as I step in the second employee then proceeds to pick up a piping hot pot of coffee and attempts to try to assault me by throwing it on me but ended up spilling the coffee on her colleaugue this location handled this situation in a very poor and unprofessional manner and need dealt with accordingly! I do feel that my safety was threatened
