McDonald's

This location has the worst customer service and management team my family has ever encountered. We love McDonald's no matter which location we visit, our experiences have always been pleasant and fun. As a family of 7, and we count on McDonald's restaurant for last minute dinner options and the awesome play places that our children can visit on road trips, celebrations, and weekend family time that make memories we all cherish. We spend a lot of hard earned money yearly and usually don't go anywhere but McDonald's for fast food and we left this pacticualr location, deciding whether to return at all out of respect as a family and the insulting crew members. We are not picky people and do not expect perfection. I felt the need to give input due to the Worst customer service from the entire crew and the inability for resolution from management. The cashiers were unnatentive, insulting, and careless. In particular, a girl named Megan, was rude and actually mocked my family while commenting to the cashier working next to her. We asked questions about changing a meal to large and were told verbatim 'I don't think you understand (eye roll and sigh), it's the same exact thing!? She even had her back turned to laugh with the team. Management (Burt in particular), handled our returned sandwhich with his bare hands and gave us an even worse sandwhich in return. He was angry and made comments to the team about how funny the situation was. This was an unbelievably awful staff and we felt as if they were purposely out to get the customers. Megan, proceeded to snap at an elderly couple and rush them out of her line. We heard several people discussing how shocking it was that they were able to keep their employment at McDonald's. Megan proceeded to take her break and make jokes about my family with people around her. This included customers and her 'boss'. They were unprofessional and interrupted guests to avoid resolving order errors. Giving up and getting out seemed to be the resolution of their errors.
