McDonald’s

I went into this McDonalds on 12/24/19 (Christmas Eve) and received THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! When I got there the door to get in the McDonald’s was LOCKED and a lady who was sitting there eating cane to open it and the employee yelled at her and said “next time you can leave my door locked I don’t want nobody coming in here”. I walked in and waited for a long time as I watched the employees just walk around in the back and nobody came to ask me anything. When I first got in the lady that was working had an attitude and didn’t say anything to me and walked off to the back. They proceeded to attend to the drive thru customers and not me and the other person that was standing there waiting. After waiting for several minutes I finally saw sine one cone back to the front and I tried to ask her like what is the issue why isn’t anyone helping me and she literally just looked at me and didn’t say anything and walked off again. She comes back and I asked her are they even open because the registers said “closed” and she finally said they’re only taking drive thru customers right now they’re not taking walk in customers. I have never been to a McDonald’s and had this happen EVER. All I wanted was three holiday pies. There was no sign or nothing just a bunch of employees with bad communication and attitudes. I even called to try and get her name but they literally hung up on me when I called and asked. EVERYBODY THERE NEEDS TO BE FIRED INCLUDING MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
