McDonald's

My family walked into the McDonald's in Lathrop, California on Sunday, February 2, 2020. There were approximately 6 people waiting for orders, the drive thru had about 15 cars backed up. We waited for about 7 minutes and no one acknowledged we needed to place an order. I finally got frustrated and asked someone to take my order. We then waited for approximately 20 minutes more for our order to be completed. During the waiting time, I asked for the manager, who's name is ***. I complained to her and she indicated they had people call in and were short staffed. I told her they should at least acknowledge that people are waiting and offer something for the wait. She acted as if there wasn't an issue, I asked for the corporate office number and she stated she did mot have it and told me I cam *** it. That McDonald's is always short staffed and backed up. This exp6is the worst I've seen.
