Our co. has an A+ rating and due to a recent series of storms in the [redacted] area, we are inundated with customers, and it is impossible to keep everyone done in a timely fashion. We are however working 6-7 days a week and trying our...

I am following up with you regarding Complaint ID [redacted] against McDonough's Tree Service. I just left you at voicemail at ###-###-#### at 4:00 PM, and I am following up with this email, and copying McDonough's Tree Service on the email.
I spoke to [redacted] McDonough from McDonough's Tree Service today. We had a misunderstanding about the volume of tree branches he was to remove, due to snow and ice storms making it difficult for him to understand the full scope of work. He said he is resolving the situation today by sending a crew to my house to remove the pile of branches. I wanted to make sure you are aware of the fact that he contacted me and pledged to take care of the situation. I believe [redacted] will take care of this, and when it is resolved today, I will let you know, and the complaint can be removed.

Review: I paid McDonough Tree Service in full the agreed upon price before they completed the job in February 2014. They did not finish the job. I have called many, many times, asking them to come back to my house and finish the job. Over 3 months have gone by, it is now May 23, 2014, and they have not finished the job. I have been told on several occasions by them that they would come back to finish the job, but they have not, and now they do not return my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I want the job finished immediately. Today.

Review: Did not Remove all the wood from property aa stated in the Bid Agreement.Contacted the company 3 times and No response .Desired Settlement: Finish the JOB as written in the agreement.
