To whom it may concern,
We just completed a funeral with you all and Cindy, the funeral director, was the most unpleasant, rude, disrespectful person we have ever worked with and she absolutely does not deserve position as a funeral director. This woman has no empathy for a grieving family, and no patience to answer questions. She used phrases such as "i've already told you...." and "that's not what I asked you", not to mention countless other condescending statements. This woman not only deserves to lose her job, but she doesn't deserve to hold any position dealing with the public. I would like the president or vice president to contact me ASAP to discuss this further. My number is 864-
We have addressed Ms. concerns with her and they were handled appropriately. We take these complaints very seriously and take all necessary steps to prevent them from happening again.
