I see that some of the auctions have a 15% buyers fee with no cap. it's only going to take money away from the client. no need to get greedy, auctions are making more money then ever, and they are gouging both ends, to much. check out michener allen fees and the happy clientele really shows in the price they bring with the price they pay in fees. They are fast, friendly, and professional and with 2 kids it is very important to us that we trust the people we let in our house and the work they do. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

We communicated with him through emails and in person regularly until they were sold. 1) He brought in some small and broken items that were not worth much, but we agreed to sell because he is a regular customer and was persistent that we try.Brought in - April 29, 2014Sold - May 20This is regular turn-around time for items posted to online auction.A cheque for $12.60 was written on June 9, sent to last known address. Cheque was returned to us. 2) He bought some furniture from us. He did not want to pick up some desks and chairs, and brought back some other chairs because he didn't like them.
