Review: **. [redacted], from McEnearney Associates, was hired as an agent helping to find a property within [redacted], MD. Property that I was looking for had to be VA approved in order to qualify for VA financing. **. [redacted] was aware of the requirement and eventually was able to located the property which met the guidelines. After all the inspection required by VA and towards the closing of the deal, landing office ([redacted]) found that the property was not VA approved and therefore was I was ineligible for the purchase. During the process, I accumulated home inspection fee of $304 which was promised to be reimbursed by **. [redacted] since the VA requirements on her part were overlooked from the beginning. After a few weeks, however, **. [redacted] started to ignore all of my requests for payment. McEnearney Associates were contacted by my attorney from Ohio regarding the issues on which they responded with similar lines: "What, you going to sue us for three hundred dollars?"Few months later, I went to military JAG office with another attempt to resolve the issue as peacefully as possible. Another letter was sent out addressed to **. [redacted] asking for reimbursement; the request was also ignored. I am on active duty and I am very busy. I want to resolve this issue as peacefully as possible, but **. [redacted] leaves me no choice but to take it to court. The amount is relatively small, but I feel cheated by her actions and neglect. It had been over nine months since I started my attempt to gain **. [redacted]s understanding in the matter. I hope that after reading my complain, McEnearney Associates will become more lenient in the actions.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of Home Inspection Fee of $304
