MCF Earthworks. Your complaint was assigned ID *** I didn't realize that it was going to be set up so he can decide to communicate with me directly I paid his invoice he s not happy with me that I fired him things got pretty nasty between us I had to get
top soil and sod and put back the back yard by hand the sod and the top soil cost me $593 I did it all by hand or it probably would of cost me $I had to buy over $of side walk blocks and there still not in place . first he sent me a invoice for over $threatening that if I didnt pay it right away he d put a lien on my rental property which he did....I didn't think he was serious Im now and have been operating equipment all my life I guess in my mind if I where him I would be embarrassed and felt guilty he actually never did any thing except tare every thing apart in the first day the delay was due to that it was raining a lot except the weekend and he took the weekends off . Id sooner just let it go we finally agreed and I met him at the land titles office with a bank draft so I could make sure he took the lien off I know I could of made it so I could get a form send it registered mail and if he didnt take action in days the lean would be removed or just wait days to have it off I guess I have a thing for paying all my debits in full to keep my credit perfect .Even after I told him I have the bank draft and I was going to pay him he still made threats its like he was always trying to get me up set and then record me . He even argued about that he wanted me to just give him the bank draft before he took off the lien and I wanted to just show him the bank draft and give it to him once the lien was cleared in any event the deal was done he took the lien off and and I gave him the bank draft I really do not want to any thing to do with that guy again he did tell me when we where at land titles he seen my little message to the better businesses burrow and it will be taken down soon kind of creeped me out not sure what he s capable of . (So him and I are done I paid him what he wanted he took the lien off and and I dont have to have any thing to do with him again ) I just thought Id put some thing out there in case some one had a similar problem. Sorry for rambling on!
