Dear Sirs, This is in response to a complaint filed by [redacted] against [redacted] # [redacted] This man is totally unreasonableHe purchased a [redacted] for classesWe told him the parameters of the membership and he said he would not fit his scheduleHe therefore wanted us to train him any time he could come in which amounted to private lessonsThis is not what the [redacted] deal was aboutThe lessons are given in specific order at scheduled times and not to be simply taken at his convenienceHe got a lawyer to try and force us to train him and wrote us a nasty letterBefore we could respond, he came in to our business without an appointment and was disruptive and demanding even though we were with other customers at the timeWe told him to leave and he was uncooperativeWe had our lawyer write him a response letter which I can send you if necessaryThe letter basically stated that we honor [redacted] for many people but we will not accept him as a student due to his blatant disrespectful attitude and arrogant manner toward our school and instructorsHe was told that he is not to attempt to come on our property or have any further dealing with usBy getting this letter from you, I can see he cannot take a hint that he is not welcome here Martial Arts is based on respect, cooperation and honorIt would be impossible to teach anyone with an attitude like hisWe advised him to go to a different school for his lessons and hope that he has learned that he cannot be so demanding and disrespectful if he is expecting to learn martial artsHopefully this clears up the situation you have written us aboutLet me know if there is anything else we need to do in this situation [redacted] 6th Degree Black Belt
We have had dozens and dozens of *** people come through our academy and we have had no problem with any of them except for Mr*** ***All of the others have been cooperative and happy with the program. He stated our schedule would not work for him and he wanted his classes to be taken at his convienceThis amounts to recieving private lessonsHaving a $Gromeans he takes classess according to our schedule but does not give him the right to have classes taylored to his scheduleHe was very demanding and disrespectful to our staff, therefore he is not welcome in our AcademyHe may redeem his Groat one of our other locations but not this one

The responses’ from the *** are made up of gross fabrications and accusationsThey are merely making up these reasons for denying me the use of the ***During my brief discussions I advised that I could only attend one or two of the SCHEDULED classes per week, the *** were in fact demanding that I attend per week for one month, I did not demand private lessons as the *** have stated, I only asked that the SCHEDULED classes that I can attend include up to the sixteen lessons that the *** advertisesRegarding the *** statements about my behavior at their school, I have a recorded conversation that contradicts their accusations and in fact I am heard stating that “I want to be fair”…… and several more affable statements, which in no way depicts their account of our meetings, but in fact my statements are nothing but complementaryNeither the *** nor their instructors will be able to dispute our conversationThe *** will be very disgraced to learn of my recorded conversation and thus proving they fabricated their accusationsIn their response, “Martial Arts are based on respect, cooperation and honor”, they should have lived by their creed and representation of their martial arts communityThey have failed not only themselves but their student body once they learn of the deceptionIn conclusion, I will file a complaint with the *** *** for consumer fraud; I will also contact the *** in *** *** ** and expose the *** to the association superiorsThe only acceptable resolution, is an apology for their slanderous accusations, and honors the *** as written
