Don't use these guys - they are nice at first, then they get very rude very fast if anything goes awryI called McFarlands because my LG refrigerator icemaker did not produce any iceService Tech came the same afternoon (a good thing) and charged $for a diagnosisSaid the problem was the icemaker needed to be replaced and charged me $to install new icemaker Still no ice Then he said I needed an entire new freezer door for $418, not including labor Then merchant recommended I call manufacturer (LG) to see if they can extend my warranty in order to get problem fixed I did so and LG agreed to fix the problem but only if I use a different repair service *** Appliance Repair) So I asked to be reimbursed for the failed repair effort and at least be able to return the new icemaker to get credit for the part and they refused in a rather mean tone of voice, forcing me to now formally dispute the credit card charge
