and legal advice. It is reasonable for us to charge this client for our
time in providing services. When we worked on this Clients matter, it took time
away from other matters. If we worked for free we could not have a business.
Unfortunately, we are not able to perform legal services or
spend time on a matter for free. Although our law firm supports many local
charitable organizations we are not a charity ourselves and can not perform
legal services for free. We have our own costs of living and families to
