To Whom it May Concern:
On June 14, 2016, we received the complaint by Mr*** to the Revdex.com We acknowledge the first room he entered was not cleanUnfortunately, it was inadvertently marked clean in our system by an employee in training
However, the other items noted in his complaint are incorrect. Mr*** waited only one hour to access his room and he did call the front desk agent to complain the balcony was dirtyWe immediately mobilized a guest room attendant to the room to ensure the balcony was cleanOur employee did not find any crabs on his patio or any other similar type of species.
At the time the guest was on property, we apologized, provided compensation in the amount of $50, and offered an extended late check-out of 1:p.m Mr*** accepted the compensation provided to him at that timeSubsequently, we confirmed the rate adjustment was doneWe have fulfilled our obligation and do not intend to offer any further compensation We will reach out to Mr*** and communicate directly with him regarding the issues addressed herein.
