This company was contracted on a $50K project for a renovation home loan because they came highly recommended by my bankI am going to list a few issues I encountered with this company as a warning to other potential clients, although I do not expect the Revdex.com to resolve them, since I should have been more proactive and less trustingThe contractor never provided an itemized list of projects, making it difficult to manage the entire project and causing them to do expensive work that was unnecessary and ignore things that were necessary The contractor was supposed to replace the heating system with a summer/winter gas-fired system and replace broken radiatorsInstead, they repaired the old gas furnace, installed a new water heater, and bought used, filthy, worn replacement radiators that I ended up cleaning, sanding and re-painting with my arthritic handsRemaining issues I do hope the BB can resolve: I never received a promised warranty for parts and labor for a roof tear-
