As I indicated yesterday, I was unable to respond to Mr. M[redacted]'s comments on the e-mail I received.He indicated that we had done thousands of dollars of work in our crawlspace.  We have done zero work in that area since we built our home.  Mr. M[redacted] treated our home when we built it and had carried a contract to protect us from termite infestation as long as we had him inspect and spray yearly.  Now, he has decided that it is too far for him to come to and we are left with no protection.  There is no excuse for leaving us in this situation.  Additionally, he refused to talk to me despite at least 20+ calls.  I left numerous messages and he would not return my calls.  There is really  nothing he can do to get rid of this issue, since he refuses to treat my home.

Revdex.com spoke with the owner of the business who stated that they had a contract with the customer that renews yearly, and that it was a 2 hour drive to her house, 4 hour round trip, and that he made the business decision not to renew the contract with the...

customer to continue providing services. He stated that the customer had also had thousands of dollars worth of work done to her crawl space, and had gone with another business to do that work, and that she could use that business for her pest control needs as it was located closer to her location.
