I have been working with Jere, Brent, Brooke and the whole team at McGarr & Associates for over yearsI have referred clients to them on different occassionsEach time we have sent someone they have taken very good care of them and have a really good staff who are proactive to get answers to problems that happen on a daily basisThey are an independent property management firm among all of the larger corporations and they seem to be thriving in their nicheI appreciate the good experiences I have had with McGarr over the past several year and hoping they will continue many more taking care of properties as good as they have in the past

Incompetent, grossly negligent and fraudulent regarding condominium lawMismanage individually owned homes as if rented apartmentsRefuse to provide financial accountability to owners as legally required including but not limited to the annual CPA audit report due the same time annuallyThreaten with intimidation tactics each time owners as for any financial accountabilityUnethical, immoral and illegal practices

I have personally lived in Timber Valley for over ten years and love the development. I have been a past board member working directly with Brent M[redacted] and now I am just a homeowner and I find his property management company to be at every board meeting, to always answer their phone when I call their company and if they do not have the answers, they always call back in a timely fashion with an answer. We have an audit every year and that audit is open to all homeowners. At the annual HOA meeting, Mr M[redacted] went through the budget to all homeowners who went to the meeting. In a neighborhood as large as ours, you are not going to please everyone. There is always a sour apple in the bunch. But as you can see, McGarr & Associates has no complaints until now because everyone is pleased with their work.
