McGee Auto Sales appreciates the opportunity to reply to the complaint filed by Ms [redacted] on October 18, In Ms [redacted] 's complaint she stated that she has been making loan payments for months and has not received a credit rating We are unsure if she means this loan is not showing up on her credit report at all or if the payments are not being reported each month We report to Trans Union every month, however, if the payments are not being reported, we recommend she file a dispute with Trans Union and we will be happy to respond to them to ensure her payments are being reported correctly We only report to Trans Union so if she is looking at either Experian or Equifax, she will not see this loan on either of those bureaus Ms [redacted] also noted that she was charged almost double the value of her vehicle when she purchased it We cannot look back to see what the actual book value of the vehicle was at the time she purchased it, but we do always try to price our vehicles by using values from NADA and Kelley Blue Book and typically we are very close to the suggested retail values On average, we spend $1,per vehicle in maintenance and repairs(majority of dealers don't) before we sell them We are not always able to sell every vehicle at exactly book value but we do not ever price them at double their value Lastly, her mention of a friend not being issued a title after their loan was paid off is difficult for us to respond to Not knowing the exact instance renders us unable to explain if and why a customer did not receive their title at the time of payoff I can tell you that we have the titles for all of our vehicles on site and available to deliver to our customers when they pay off their loans with cash If they payoff with a check or cashier's check with do require they wait days to allow the check to clear before we will release the title I'm positive that her friend was not telling the whole story or wasn't being truthful at all We value our rating with the Revdex.com and our customers, so if we can answer any questions or be of further assistance, please let us know Todd B***
